Purpose: The Incident Commander is the key decision
making official at the operations level, during a chemical emergency response. This
training will prepare the Incident Commander for this responsibility by making him (or
her) familiar with the Incident Command System, the Company's Emergency Response Plan, the
local, state, and Federal emergency response plan, and specific operational procedures
designed to prevent the spread of contamination.
